Terms & Conditions
In consideration of the agreements made herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, each party partaking in activities organized by NLP Northern Ireland Ltd shall agree as follows:
1. Definitions
”We’ and ‘us’ means NLP Northern Ireland Ltd, who will provide the services to you.
‘You’ means the participant receiving the services.
‘Course’ means an attendance or home study portions of a course or course designed and developed by us including all revisions and updates to such course as we may make from time to time.
‘Course Materials’ means the physical materials relating to any one course, together with all revisions and updates made by us from time to time, which may be in any format and which are required by the student to complete the course.
2. Responsibility for Course Materials
We affirm the course materials will meet a satisfactory level of quality however; we do not affirm they will be error free.
You will be responsible for inspecting the course materials as soon as is reasonably possible following issue or delivery. Furthermore, you will be responsible for informing us about any oversights as soon as possible.
If you lose or damage your course materials and need replacement these will attract nominal charge of £175.00
3. Absence from a course
If you start a course / attend a live training you are committing to attend for the required number of hours / days. If a situation arises whereby you need to leave during training, you must notify us as soon as possible. All live training days are based upon the previous days learning so work must be covered to complete certification requirements. This will require you to attend extra sessions at a future date. These sessions are charged at £80 per day or part thereof.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
As NLP Northern Ireland Ltd offer a deferral onto future training dates we have a No Refund Policy – Upon registering for training with us, you will be required to pay either the full amount or an agreed deposit. Preferred payment method is Credit / Debit Card. If paying in person, you will be required to sign a Credit / Debit Card Authorisation Form to give permission for NLP Northern Ireland Ltd to debit your card with the agreed amount. If you give verbal authorisation over the telephone for us to debit your card, we will note the date and time of the telephone call on yuur registration details. Once your deposit / full payment has been processed through our system, you are registered for the specified training programme.
Once you have registered for training with NLP Northern Ireland Ltd and have opted to pay a deposit, you are liable for the installment amounts, as set out in your Personal Payment Plan and these payments must be made on the date requested by the NLP Northern Ireland Ltd. If you are having difficulty in paying an alternative arrangement may be made by negotiation with us. If you avail of one of our Packages which includes discounted costs when registering for two or more trainings – in the event whereby you complete one of the trainings and then decide you do not wish to complete the further trainings, the completed training will be charged at full cost and you are liable to pay the remaining balance in full.
5. Delivery
Once registered and payment processed your pre-course study pack will be dispatched within 48 hours. NLP Northern Ireland Ltd send all pre-course study packs Next Day Delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery. You can expect to receive your pack within 3-5 working days. A signature will be required.
6. Transferring a Course
We retain the sole discretion concerning whether a course may be transferred from you to a third party. Any such request must be made to us in writing; we will accept this request in electronic format. We will treat all justifiable requests as compassionately as possible.

If we agree to allow you to defer to future training dates, the total fees for your training must be paid in full before deferral will be permitted. There are no exceptions to this rule. If training fees are not paid in full, deferral will be denied and all monies paid will be forfeited by you. It may be possible for any student to transfer from one course to another being run by NLP Northern Ireland Ltd. If we agree to allow you to transfer to another course, which is cheaper than the original course you registered for, the cost of the new course will be offset against the cost you paid at registration. However, if the new course is more expensive than the discontinued course, the balance should be paid in full before a transfer will be allowed. There will be a standard £50 administration charge on all transfers and courses re-sold.
7. Practical Training
The topics covered during the practical training will be as close to as possible as those stated on the website, however if we are obliged to make any minor changes to your practical training we reserve the right to do so.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We warrant that we will carry out the service to you with a reasonable level of care and skill.
Any liability under any agreement between you and us shall be limited to any sums paid by you to us.
As far as permitted by law, we shall not be liable to any person for losses or damages that were not reasonably foreseeable and that were not caused by any breach on our part.
We shall not be liable to any person for any direct or indirect loss or damage as a result from your course enrolment. Any liability that does arise will be limited to the course fee paid.
9. Payment
Upon registration you will have the option of either paying your course fees in full or by an agreed deposit. If you opt to pay an agreed deposit you will enter into a Personal Payment Plan with NLP Northern Ireland Ltd. If you opt for a Personal Payment Plan, NLP Northern Ireland Ltd will provide you with a written plan showing future payment dates and amounts. You agree to pay the installments promptly on the dates specified on your Personal Payment Plan. No Refunds are given after registration (see paragraph 4)
10. Copyright
All copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the course materials are either owned by or licensed to us. Copying, adaptation or any other use of all or any part of it without our express permission is strictly prohibited.
You are strictly forbidden to record the training sessions. The only exception:
1) Hard of hearing students; who will be requested to provide written medical evidence of their condition.
Anyone found recording the courses will be removed and will only be allowed back at the discretion of NLP Northern Ireland Ltd or a representative tutoring a course.
11. Other Terms
We reserve the right to refuse enrolment on any of the courses we offer.
If at our discretion we afford you any relaxation of these terms, this shall in no way affect our rights under these terms and conditions.
If the whole or any part of any clause(s) of this Agreement is or becomes invalid for any reason, that invalidity shall not affect the validity of any other provision.
The course details, dates, times and fees on this site are accurate at the time publication, but amendments may be made from time to time without notice. If you have joined a course at certain fee that fee will be fixed and not changed; only persons joining the course after the amendment will be affected by it.
Course fees are fully inclusive of all course materials and Tea / Coffee throughout course. NLP Northern Ireland endeavor to never cancel a training course however we reserve the right to withdraw or postpone until a later date any course, if there are circumstances that arise which prevent us for running the training.
Fees paid, in full or part, are not refundable unless the course is cancelled. You will be deferred onto future training dates.
12. Data Protection & Privacy Policy
Keeping in line with Data Protection, NLP Northern Ireland Ltd are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your personal information secure. We will not disclose your details to any person, unless you have given your consent or we are compelled to do so by law or in response to a valid, legally compliant request by any law enforcement agency or government authority. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
13. Complaints Procedure
We invite regular feedback on all aspects of our training. We aim to be approachable and responsive. Complaints should be made to the course tutors in the first instance. If the problem remains unresolved you may seek a meeting with the Senior Trainer, it is highly unlikely that this will not resolve the problem. These conditions do not affect your statutory
