CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS POLICY

Cancellation Policy
NLP Northern Ireland offers the facility to register and pay for training programmes online, over the phone and face to face within NLP Northern Ireland. Once registered and payment processed through the banking system, NLP Northern Ireland will release your pre-course study pack. This pack contains Audio Recordings, provided on MP3 player and a manual. No refunds are given after registration, however deferral to the next training dates is applicable.

Returns policy
NLP Northern Ireland are fully committed to customer satisfaction and will replace any faulty Audio Recording Devices supplied by us or any training manual that does not meet the customers satisfaction.
Faulty items
If any of your Audio Recordings or training manuals are faulty or damaged please contact the office, in the first instance on 02890 456700 and when advised to do so, please send the items to the address below.

Please enclose a note quoting your order number, what you are returning and the nature of the fault. A replacement will be dispatched to you within 48 hours of receipt of your faulty goods. An email confirmation will be sent to you to confirm receipt of your faulty goods and dispatch of replacement goods
All goods that are returned to NLP Northern Ireland are the responsibility of the customer and you may wish to send goods by registered post. We are not liable for goods that do not reach us.
